Returns Policy


In reference to the Australian Consumer Law we are not required to provide a refund on an item if you change your mind.

If your purchase does not fit you may return your purchase for a full refund or exchange providing the following conditions are met: 

  • You supply the receipt ie proof of purchase    
  • Items are unworn/unused and in original condition with all tags still attached
  • Items are returned within 7 days of purchase.

If your purchase is faulty i.e. it has a manufacturing defect, a poor appearance or finish or a printing/embroidery error has been made then please return your purchase in person with your proof of purchase to the Hawks Office between Thursday 4pm-7pm.

Please note:  Sale items are not allowed to be exchanged or refunded.

Order Pick up

 All our orders are available for collection from the Hawks Office at the following times only:

 Thursday  4pm-7pm

 If you cannot collect them at these times then please contact the office to arrange a pick up time.

Placing an Order

 Orders are processed and packaged through the Perry Lakes Hawks Office 


Bags that require personalised names take approximately 2 weeks from the date of order until they are received by the office.

There is no limit to the number of name characters that can go on your bag to personalise it however the greater the number of characters the smaller your name will appear. It is suggested that you use your first initial and surname or first name and first letter. Ie Peter H or P Harris. Nicknames can also be used.

 Other items

 All other items that are in stock will normally be ready for pick up by the Thursday immediately follow the date the order was placed. 

Out of Stock

 If an item is out of stock you will be notified by email and then renotified when it is ready for collection. 

Editing an Order

 If you wish to change your order please email with your request.

 Please quote your full name, date of purchase and order number in the email.
